Non-Typical Taxidermy Terms and Conditions
- Completion Timeline
Non-Typical Taxidermy does not guarantee a specific completion date for any project. - Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all animals, and a 75% deposit is required for all tanned hides.
No work will begin until the required deposit has been received. - Unpaid Deposits
If the deposit is not received within 30 days of the item being brought to Non-Typical Taxidermy, any items and partial deposits will be forfeited to cover expenses incurred during preparation. - Photos and Payment
No photos of completed mounts will be provided until the full invoice has been paid in full.
Clients will be notified when their taxidermy project enters the final stages of production, at which time the remaining balance will be due. - Pickup and Storage
All items must be picked up or scheduled for pickup/ship within 7 days of completion.
Items not scheduled for pickup or shipping within this timeframe will incur a $20 per day storage fee. - Late Payments
Any balance not paid within 14 days of completion will be subject to a late fee of 8% per annum. - Liability
Non-Typical Taxidermy is not liable for:- Damages to hides received in poor condition.
- Holes or defects that may occur during the tanning process.
- Risks associated with tanning hides.
- Loss or damage due to fire, theft, or vandalism.
- Right to Refuse Service
Non-Typical Taxidermy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

You’re welcome to collect your horns at your convenience, provided they are returned in time for us to complete the mounting of your animals.
